Chili Cheese Delights


Most people know of Chili Cheese Tops, sold from a lot of fast food stores - but, it's actually quite easy to make them fromt scratch and they turn out so yummy! These little chili cheese delights are definitely worth a try, I'd say! 

De fleste af jer kender sikkert de populære Chili Cheese Tops, som diverse fast food kæder sælger - men, det er faktisk ret nemt at lave dem fra bunden selv, og de bliver SÅ lækre! De her små chili cheese delights er helt sikkert et forsøg værd!

RECIPE/OPSKRIFT (25 delights): 
- 300g cheddar cheese/cheddar ost
- 4 tbsp chopped jalapeños/spsk hakkede jalapeños
- 2 tsp paprika/tsk paprika
- 2 dl flour/hvedemel
- 4 eggwhites/æggehvider
- 3 dl breadcrumbs/rasp
- salt & pepper/peber
- frying oil/fritureolie

1. Grate the cheddar cheese, as small as possible, and mix it with the chopped jalapeños and the paprika. // Riv osten (hvis det er revet i forvejen, så hak det mindre), så småt som muligt, og bland det med de finthakkede jalapeños og paprikaen. 
2. Shape round little balls of the cheese-mixture, and turn them into the flour, then the eggwhites and lastly in the breadcrumbs (mixed with salt and pepper). If you want to make sure they won't burst a little tip is to turn them in eggwhites once more and then also once more in the breadcrumbs. // Form små kugler af oste-miksen, og vend dem dernæst i mel, så æggehvider og til sidst i raspen (som er blandet med salt og peber) - for at være sikre på at de ikke springer, kan de dernæst vendes én gang til i æggehviderne og så endnu en gang i rasp.  
3. Fry them in hot oil (Make sure it's between 160-165 degrees celcius at all times - if lower, the delights will burst!) until they're golden, and then leave them to drip on a plate. Serve when still warm as a delicious little snack or as a starter! // Dybsteg dem i varm olie (Olien SKAL være imellem 160-165 gader varm hele tiden - Hvis temperaturen bliver lavere, så går der hul og osten flyder ud!) indtil de er gyldne, og lad dem dryppe af på en tallerken eller rist. Server dem så imens de stadig er lune, som en lækker snack eller en forret!
